Week One Pictures!

Hahahahahahha cael is such a stud  i can totally picture that! I miss that kid!

Holy smokes I don't even know where to start! I got to the mtc on time but like I said my companion never showed up. What's crazy is there was an elder in my district that showed up same time as me but his comp didn't show up either!! Him and I were paired up together. He's such an awesome guy, he's from St Louis! He was in a neighboring stake from me while I was there so I didn't know him. He's heading to Ogden Utah. There's two other sister compionships that make up our district and theyre all going to idaho fall's:) they're so great. 

YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS! My branch President is President Stoddard!! From sunset heights stake! He gave me a big huge hug and asked about all of y'all. He's so great:) also mom did you know any echohawks from pocatello because i have an echohawk as a teacher. 

The ZLs that helped us get situated are so awesome and seem like pros. They're going to Mississippi/ louisianna I got to role play a TON with them and honestly it helps so much. 

BY THE WAY dad you said all investigators that you "teach" here are fake and they're not! They're actual investigators that volunteered to come in bc they get paid! I absolutely love teaching them! Elder Bush (my comp) and I taught a lesson yesterday and it was the first time one of our lessons together went well. Before our lessons that we had would stink because I would try to jump into the lesson too fast bc we'd only have like 15 mins to teach and i prepared something so I'd want to get an actual lesson across. The next thing is Elder Bush would want to correct EVERYSINGLE thing they said wrong. And he would jump from topic to topic. 

But now we're working well together. He really makes me mad sometimes tho, he literally fixes anything I say in class or in a lesson. EVEN if what I say is right. He only started that when he was made sr comp (bc he's higher in the alphabet) my patience is being tested and I know it.. I was made district leader which means I plan every classroom meeting and assign prayers. It's just a whole lot of extra work and kind of overwhelming.  

The Spirit is so strong here though. I've been able to study the BOM like crazy and I love it! I love the stories of people being converter because of the spirit.  In Mosiah 4 king Benjamin is speaking about the blessings of coming to the knowledge of God. I highly recommend you two read it. 

(Fun fact: they want us talking more appropriately so I can't say y'all anymore and it is SO hard to get used to. As a district every time we say it the offender has to do 5 pushups. Haha)

I've been doing my pushups at night too, don't worry! 

Something bad happened the other day.. it started snowing really hard here at the mtc and all the kids from Fiji and Samoa had never seen it so going back to our rooms at night we have like 15 mins. All those kids started a snowball fight! And the mtc President allowed it!! He joined in!! It was awesome! Now on to the bad thing.. I was ducking a snowball and went in to a deep squat and my blue suit pants tore BAD. Haha I'll send a picture. I'm getting them fixed here:) 

Please ask more questions I am just so rushed running everywhere to get done. I'd love to share more scriptures with you but I don't have them with me atm.
