"C'est La Vie Baby"
Our new Mission President is AMAZING!! He's a young guy with 6 kids (4 are still at home) and has an auctioneering business back home in Pennsylvania.
The quote comes from our old Mission President right before he left. It was pretty funny, he'll be missed.
So this week has been hectic but just for kicks and giggles I'll tell you of some of the things we've had to deal directly and not so directly with in the past few days. (Please note, usually the MP deals with this stuff but bc he's new we got to deal with it)
1. We merged the Blackfoot zone into our mission and there's 7 oober trunky missionaries there and 3 severely disobedient ones that we now get to take in. (We'll be going on exchanges there shortly)
2. There has been 2 car crashes that we had to handle (I wasnt a part of any of them dont worry)
3. A sister missionary went to the hospital (not because of the crashes)
4. An Elder RAN AWAY from his companion so we had to chase him down. That was a funny one.
That's really it, but for 4 days good heck that's some adventures right there.
Because of the Blackfoot missionaries coming in yall can expect some more very crazy stories. I'm very excited to see what happens.
I love this work, I love the people
Everyone read Ether 2:12 sometime before the 4th, it's a good one!
Love y'all!
Pictures:
1. Zone conf training! shout out S. Frerichs for being the scribe!
2. This has been our dinner the past few days #gainzzz #jkjk
3. New glasses, who this
4-7. Elder Cano exchange (best guy in the world)
8. President and Sister Hurley! (Computer champs) (not really tho)
9. DISCLAIMER: we don't sponsor the hat or the message it portrays. BUT. He made us southern BBQ ribs and they were the best I've had ever so...
(The hat is his band name) (he covers a lot of "sublime" music and so we had some fun conversations)
