Hey everyone!!  Before I start off I just want to say I miss all of you soo much! I think and pray for y'all every day! Hope everyone is doing okay:)  We had the coolest experience this week On Tuesday night Elder Hatch and I got a call at like 10:28 (just before lights out) a guy in a low voice said, kinda slurring,  "My grandma is 97 and a member of your church, she falls all the time now and I think she's going to die soon. I quit my job so I can take care of her. Her name is Dorothy. My name is Rob Browne, people call me Red Rob. I'm not a member of your church, I will do whatever it takes to help my grandmother. I'll come to church, I'll get baptized.  But make sure you're here at EXACTLY 11 o clock tomorrow, I'll be here all day but you need to get here at this time specifically"  That was kind of a summary of what we heard from him, he was hard to understand. So we go to his house at EXACTLY 11 o'clock in the morning the next day. Elder ...

Hey y'all!!  I've been out almost a month now and I haven't kept y'all updated! I was in the MTC (missionary training center) for 3 weeks and this past week was my first one ACTUALLY out in Idaho!  Time flew by in the mtc and I made some friends that I'll never forget about. The most important things I learned there are: 1. God loves you so much and whether you like it or not He is there for you, no matter the circumstances   2. I learned how to follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit and how to apply that when talking to a person that is struggling (I needed to stop being stubborn and telling the person what I thought they needed to hear) I know y'all want to hear more fun stories and I'll get to them bc they're actually legendary! But I feel it's very important that I let y'all know a mission IS NOT a vacation. I wake up at 6:25 and don't get home until 9:15 everyday. It's draining but the blessings outweigh any kind of negative feelin...

YOU'RE IN IDAHO!! I'm so happy for you!  I'm trying to wrap my head around getting pictures from members every day! It makes me feel like you're off to college or something.   How is elder Hatch?  It looks like you get along really well.  Have you been able to teach anyone yet?  It looks like you're with members a lot.  How was it getting to see Elder and sister Foster?  That made dad Sooo happy! It was trippin dad out that at your exact age he was hanging out with them.  I know there are no coincidences!! I want to hear all about your time with them.  Mexico was so amazing!! It was the nicest resort I've ever seen, let alone been to.  It was so nice for dad and me to have time together and just relax.  I'll send some pictures.  We both gained weight because the food was so good.  We would be laying out at the beach and a server would come by and bring us strawberry daiquiris and menus.  We ordered fish taco...

I loved seeing family but please don't come again. I know you're probably going to be in Mexico (give me updates) I got in pretty big trouble by President Stoddard haha.. he just said he's grateful I'm a good missionary and I didn't intend on anything harmful.  Dad I still think you need to do it with Cael so the tradition continues just don't do it a 2nd time to me;) haha I really did love seeing you just my purpose is changed and I hope you understand that:)  That food was SO GOOD THOUGH!!  Lucky I found a microwave to get it warmed up! All my elders tried it and loved it. But we're very hesitant haha! It sure is so fun getting your emails!! I really love Tuesdays, until next week,  then mondays will be my favorite day! Dad and I leave for Mexico Tuesday so just in case some crazy thing happened and I couldn't email you I wanted to get this off tonight.  I love hearing about your friends you've made in the MTC, you have always been such a happy kid...

We were thinking of you on Easter.    Your mom and I cooked and made chicken Rockefeller with mashed potatoes and spinach bacon salad it was so delicious. After dinner we played hurty games with the shock collar it was really hilarious. I need you to email me your shipping address in the MTC. There are people that want to send you a package while you're in there. What did you think of general conference? That was one of my favorite parts of the time that I spent in the MTC.What was your favorite talk? Have you done the muscle memory test with any of the elders in the MTC yet? I miss you. It is not sunk in yet that I won't get to see you for a Long time. When I said good bye to you originally I was fully expecting to drive you up to Idaho. I love you and hope to hear from you soon.
